Autumn Salad with California Figs

Ingredients

2 oranges (peeled, thinly sliced)
2/3 cups figs (dried, stems removed, quartered)
1 apple (cored, thinly sliced)
1 tablespoon toasted coconut (optional)
Mixed greens
1 pear (cored, thinly sliced)

Instructions

On four individual salad plates, arrange a bed of mixed greens. Place orange slices, fig quarters and apple slices decoratively over lettuce. Drizzle dressing over top and sprinkle coconut over salads as a garnish.
